​Thank you for supporting our independent business. We work hard to get your beautifully packaged items to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of how we process and ship your orders.

​1. Processing & Dispatch Times

​We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

​Once your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

​2. UK Shipping Options & Costs

​We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all UK orders as standard, with options to upgrade if you need your items sooner.

​3. Order Tracking

​We believe in full peace of mind. Every single order we send includes full tracking.

​As soon as your item is dispatched, your shipping confirmation email will include a Royal Mail tracking number and a link to trace your delivery.

​4. Postal Delays & Courier Responsibility

​While we guarantee that your order will be shipped within our 2-working-day timeframe, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service, transit issues, or peak seasonal backlogs.

​Once the package is in the hands of Royal Mail, the delivery timeframe is outside of our control. However, if your item appears to be stuck or lost, please contact us and we will gladly help you track it down using the provided tracking number.

​5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

​Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an address error, a shipping fee may apply to re-send it.
