Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we are here to help.
1. Statutory Cancellation Rights (Your 14-Day Right to Change Your Mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day window. You then have an additional 14 days from that notification date to return the item to us.
2. Exceptions to the Right to Return (Jewellery & Hygiene)
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery items (such as earrings or pierced jewellery) unless they are faulty.
All other non-jewellery items can be returned, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, undamaged packaging.
We reserve the right to reduce your refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately at sylvieuk22@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the fault.
For faulty items, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will also cover or reimburse the cost of return postage for faulty goods.
5. How to Return an Item
- Notify Us: Email us at sylvieuk22@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Package Your Item: Securely wrap the item in its original packaging to ensure it isn’t damaged during transit.
- Post It: Send the item back to the address provided in our confirmation email.
Unless an item is faulty, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot issue a refund if the return is lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the item back.
